Our Marketing Communication Lead wears many hats — from shaping the brand across our website and app, to leading campaigns, launching new initiatives, and managing a creative team. With so many moving parts, we’re looking for a reliable, proactive teammate to step in, take ownership, and help keep things running smoothly.
You’ll be the go-to for everything from writing crisp briefs and managing website updates to coordinating with teams and supporting big launches. If you’re organised, collaborative, and excited about the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps marketing ticking — we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
  • Craft clear, actionable briefs for CRM campaigns, website updates, and other key marketing needs
  • Maintain website hygiene by regularly checking for and resolving typos, broken links, and layout issues
  • Implement policy and T&C updates across platforms — keeping everything compliant and up-to-date
  • Manage CMS updates to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track and communication seamless
  • Support new initiatives — from product launches to creative shoots and anything exciting that lands on our plate
Job Requirement
  • Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital, or content-related roles
  • Write clearly and concisely, with a knack for turning ideas into action
  • Are comfortable navigating tools like Google Sheets, Figma, or willing to learn as you go
  • Enjoy bringing structure to fast-paced environments, without losing your creative edge
  • Can multitask efficiently and follow through on the small things (even that one last email)
  • Work well with cross-functional teams and naturally keep projects moving forward
