Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and talent acquisition within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Assist in the drafting and posting of job descriptions.
  • Support around employer branding, townhall and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases and communications
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Minimum commitment is 4 months with ideal duration to be 6 months. Should be able to start by 1st week of May.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
