As Business Manager  
  • You will overseas a team of Interior Designers delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving company’s targets and objectives at the same time. 
  • You own P&L for your own cohort.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency of team members leading to achievement of business goals.
  • Responsible for team resource management
  • Manage designer resources by providing support and guidance where needed to make the designer independent.
  • Understand each client’s requirements and keep a tab on their experience throughout.
  • As a key member of the sales team bring insights from the client and designer meetings and suggest process improvements across the board including marketing, product, category and operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring team members are proactively engaging customers delivering high quality proposals, leading to successful sales closure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and execution of projects with overall customer experience in mind.
  • In collaboration with cross functional team member, carry-out quarterly performance reviews on each team member to groom and develop areas of improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members overcoming their challenges.
  • Have a positive attitude and be an initiative-seeker.

Job Requirement
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years sales & operation experience
  • People management and coaching abilities
  • Strong data analytical skills and forward-thinking mindset
  • Sales driven with a Consumer-centric mindset
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in structure where missing.
