Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with home improvement contractor partners.
  • Ensure supply of contractor partners across service categories in their respective coverage area.
  • Manage contractor partner bandwidth.
  • Monitor service delivery SLAs.
  • Improve contractor partner experience through processes and tech workflows.

Job Requirement
Responsibilities and Duties of a Lead Vendor Manager & QS
  • Work closely with GM-Ops & Business Managers to allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
  • Work closely with the company’s agency services team to ensure quality of key deliverables for documentation of complete project scope
  • Review quotations and contract documents based on vendor and designer inputs to ensure completeness in project scope and compliance with the company’s master rate card (MRC).
  • Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Conduct negotiations during the course of projects in order to ensure any issues are resolved.
  • Monitor and control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
  • Prepare the cost analysis for the projects in order to develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall margins from projects.
  • Monitor project costs and timeline to ensure the requirements of the project are met in accordance with minimal variance.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • You have been in a similar role for at least 4  years.
  • Experience in the ID industry in residential projects is highly desirable.
  • You have a good understanding of material and/or supply costing.
  • You are meticulous and very well organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
  • You are agile and able to take initiatives and solve problems in an always changing and fast paced environment.
