Job Description
The role of a Key Accounts Manager – Developer Partnership would involve meeting Builders, Developers on a daily basis. Account management in the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate builders and developersin an allocated area and developing relationshipwith them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage up to 5-6 developer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent performance.
• Understand developer requirements and guide operations to create tailored interiors packages  and solutions. Execute them at project. Event curation for possession events
• Look for multiple opportunities within the developer space to create in-depth partnerships at multiple levels .
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Work closely with BD Executives, Operations, and developers for seamless delivery .
• Regularly interact with CXOs and Sales Heads of developers to present solutions and close deals.

Job Requirement
• Minimum a Graduation or MBA preferable.
• 6to 7years of experience in working with Real Estate or Interiors is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in target-based roles with consistent overachievement. Strong B2B relationship   management skills.
• Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Developers, Buildersand Real estate agencies.
• Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
• Highly motivated individual who is target-driven. 
• Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
