Job Description
As part of the Livspace Services team, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for specific trade categories such as Civil / Electrical / Painting / Gypsum or POP Ceiling / Carpentry for residential interiors business. Your key responsibility will be to bridge the gap between demand and supply and ensure Livspace customers get the best–in-class experience for your respective category.

Demand Side / Sell Side

1. Develop understanding of the customer and designer ecosystem for specific trade
2. Create region wise plans to improve adoption and average order value for the category
3. Conduct regular competition benchmarking to build USPs to differentiate versus the market

Supply Side / Buy Side

1. Develop understanding of the vendor and labor ecosystem for specific trade including costing
2. Define SOPs for execution of work across safety, quality, time and cost aspects
3. Develop training modules to help upskill associated vendors/labour
Job Requirement

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • 10-15 years in Product, real-estate or commercial interiors firms
  • Subject matter expertise in specific trade with exposure to applicator/contractor side of business
