Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager – Retail Expansion to lead and manage retail fit-out and infrastructure projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budgetary goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can seamlessly coordinate across vendors, PMC teams, and internal stakeholders.

Develop, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules.
Lead vendor negotiations, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project continuity.
Oversee on-site execution to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Collaborate with PMC (Project Management Consultants) to maintain project control and governance.Drive strict adherence to project timelines and delivery milestones.
Ensure commercial closure and cost control at each project phase.

Job Requirement

Minimum Graduate or similar
8+ yrs of relevant experience in Project Management
Team Management expertise
Vendor and Stakeholder Managment
