Job Description

  • Experience in managing and resolving product-related issues at customer locations through cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements for RRR processes to minimize tickets and ensure resolution within minimum TAT.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform RCA for tickets and identify root causes of problems.
